We are conveniently located in northwest Santa Rosa, directly across from the Marlow Road Safeway and many retail shops. Coddingtown center, an enclosed mall, is one mile away.

The home, constructed in early 2006, has six private, furnished bedrooms, each with cable T.V. The home has two half baths and two fulls baths, all handrail equipped. One of the full baths is equipped with a wheelchair accesible shower. In addition, there is a large outdoor deck for summer barbeques. The home has central heating and air conditioning.

Dr. David Charp has been a geriatric physician in Santa Rosa since 1975. Adam Charp graduated from UCSC in 2002 with a degree in American Studies. As a teenager he was awarded the City of Santa Rosa Youth Volunteer of the Year award for his volunteer work in a local nursing home. As a young adult Adam spent time as an in-home caregiver for a few of Dr. Charp's patients. Currently Adam is pursuing an RN degree. Adam has a very well trained and highly caring team of caregivers working at Charp Chalet. And of course, Dr. Charp is always around to offer insights which he has acquired over the past 33 years as a geriatric physician.
